Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

 


 

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date (as shown in the courier/logistics records), we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

· The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

· The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Required Proof for Returns

· A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

· A reason for return must be provided.

 


 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted under the following conditions:

· The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

· The item is returned after 7 days (from the date of delivery).

· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method. The processing time depends on your bank.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company to confirm the status of the refund.

3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 


 

Custom Products (if applicable)

Only non-customized products are eligible for a refund; customized items cannot be refunded.

 


 

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

· We only offer replacement parts for items that are defective or damaged.

· If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at artifusion.sales@gmail.com.

 


 

Gift Returns

· If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

· If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

· Before returning an item, please contact us first at artifusion.sales@gmail.com.

· Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

· The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

· If the item value exceeds $1,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
